How you book shifts as a Direct Engagement worker will depend on your role and the Trust you work with. As such you will either:
- Have all your shifts booked for you by your supervising manager in the Trust
- Be able to book your shifts using our Connect, Patchwork or My:Bank platform, depending on which your Trust use for Directly Engaged shifts.
You will need to discuss with your supervising manager to see how your shifts will be booked.
 
I have forgotten my username or password
You will have received an email from us when you joined us with your username and password.
 
If your Trust is using our Patchwork platform, please follow the steps on the support page if your have forgotten your password, your username will be the email address you used to sign up. 
 
If your Trust is using our Connect platform and you have forgotten your username:
- Click 'Forgot your username?'
- Enter the email address registered with us (usually your personal email address)
- You will receive an email with a reminder of your username.
If your Trust is using our Connect platform and you have forgotten your password:
- Click 'Forgot your password?'
- Enter your username
- You will receive an email with a temporary password
- Enter your username and temporary password into the login screen
- You will be asked to choose a new password
If your Trust is using My:Bank for your Directly Engaged shifts, please follow the steps on the support page if you have forgotten your password.
