To view how many hours you have earnt, log into the Holiday Booking system here. Your username and password will be the same as My:Bank.
Once logged in, you’ll see the total hours you have earned at the top of the page. This is broken down into hours remaining to take, hours taken, holiday accrual and alternation hours. As shown below:

You can only book holiday if you have more hours to be taken than your average shift length. If you don’t use your leave before your 'Take By' date, your holiday hours will be lost. The end of your holiday year (your 'Take By' date) depends on when you work your first shift.
Your holiday pay may be different to previous years. This is because a new holiday pay reference cap came into law in November 2022. For more information on this, please see our article What is the holiday pay reference cap and the holiday pay reference period?
