How do I get a login for your Agency Management platform?

This article is about our booking platform for all agency workers except for Doctors. You can access the system by clicking here.

There are three levels of access to the platform:

Agency Rate Administrator (ARA)

  • This allows you to upload rate cards. We suggest you keep the number of ARAs to a minimum.
  • To request this level of access, please let us know by using the 'Need More Help' contact form below under the category 'System Support'. Please include:
    • Your full name
    • Work email address, and
    • Authorisation from a director, Financial Controller or equivalent Manager within your agency.


Account Agency User Administrator (AUA)

  • This access level is for administrators within your agency who can manage access for all new AU users. This user type can still add candidates and manage bookings.
  • To request this level of access, please let us know by using the 'Need More Help' contact form below under the category 'System Support'. Please include:
    • Your full name,
    • Work email address, and
    • Authorisation from a Senior Manager within your agency.


Account Agency User (AU)

  • This allows you to add your candidates, book or amend shifts, and release or query timesheets.
  • Your agency's AUA will be able to give you this profile. Usually you will need authorisation from a Senior Manager before they can do this.
