I am a Bank Member. How can I see all shifts available to me?

Log into My:Bank and click on 'My Time'.

On the right, you will see 'Filter' and 'Search Shifts'. Ensure that 'Assignment Code' and 'Shift Type' are set to 'All', and that 'Ignore my availability' is ticked. Then click 'Search Shifts'. To see all shifts regardless of your availability, please check 'Ignore my availability'.

You may also need to update your availability. You can do this by clicking on 'Update my Availability' then selecting the days you want to see shifts for.

Then click 'Save'
