It is important that you let us know about any changes to your details as soon as possible so we can contact you when needed. We recommend using your personal email address if possible, however your work email address is also acceptable.
To update your email address in My:Bank
- If you are using a computer, please go to 'My Profile' and 'My Details' to update.
- If you are using a phone, please go to 'My Profile' and 'Contact Details' to update.
Once you have submitted your new details, any changes will be made within 7 - 10 working days.
If you can't access My:Bank, you can request an email update by using our 'Need More Help?' 'Contact Form' below whilst logged into your profile. - The email address wish to change it to
