I am a Substantive applicant or TUPE transfer from a country outside the UK, EU or EEA. What documents do I need to show you to prove my Right to Work in the UK?

Biometric Residency Permits (BRPs) or Biometric Residency Cards (BRCs) are being phased out by the Home Office and all holders of BRPs and BRCs with valid immigration permission should now have an online eVisa. For more information on eVisas, please see this video from the Home Office:

You can get your eVisa Share Code from the gov.uk website
 - To prove your Right to Work in the UK, you will need to choose the 'To prove my right to work' option after supplying your personal details.

 - All Right to Work Share Codes start with the letter 'W'. Please ensure you have given us the correct code before submitting.

- If you have a Tier 2 visa we also need a Certificate of Sponsorship.
 - Your Certificate of Sponsorship must be for the role you are applying for.
    - For example, if you apply to become a CSW, you must have a Certificate of Sponsorship for a CSW role.
    - The only exception is if you're applying for a role on the Government's list of shortage occupations.
- If you have a Tier 4 student visa, we also need a University enrolment letter and timetable
- Upload the details of your code to Trust ID and bring it with you to your document appointment
- If you do not bring the correct documents, you will have to re-arrange your meeting and come back with the correct ones. This will delay your application
