You should have received a link to your DBS portal by email. If not, you can find it by clicking here and logging in. Unfortunately, this link does not work on all smartphones or tablets. For your best experience, we recommended Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browsers.
Once you have reached the loading page you will need to enter your username and password.
What is my username?
Your username will be the email address you registered with us.
What is my password?
Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ below the login boxes on the portal and enter your email address. This will send a temporary password to you by email. In rare instances, your email provider may filter this email into your junk mail so please also check this folder. You will need to change this temporary password when you next log in.
After you receive your password and you are able to log in, click the ‘Select’ button. This will then take you to the application screen and you can complete your online form.
