I haven't received a confirmation email for my training booking. What should I do?

You will receive an email confirmation of your training booking once it's been confirmed. Please check your junk mail and spam folders as well as your email inbox as sometimes our emails end up here.

If you have not yet received an email, the ‘My Bookings’ section of the Practical Training Booking Portal will show which courses you are booked into.

  • You will need to sign in to the Portal using the email address you receive updates from us on.
  • Your password will be the same password you used when you applied to join us.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link and follow the instructions given
