In the application form you will be initially asked for your legal gender identity. This is the gender that appears on your official documentation such as passport, birth certificate etc.
If your gender identity differs from your legal gender, please tick the
'Do you identify with a different gender?' box.
You will then see a drop-down menu with a series of options for what gender identity best fits you.
Please Note: We may need to use your legal gender for
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion monitoring
- Payroll and pensions, and
- Gendered wards, units and locations.
This information is collected and used with full confidentiality and only when needed.
