Your emergency contact should be someone who:
- You have a strong relationship with
- Is close to you in distance
- Is willing and able to answer questions about you and make decisions if needed
Whilst many people's emergency contact will often be parent, step-parent, guardian, sibling, partner, or child over the age of 18,
your emergency contact does not need to be a family member.
Please ensure your emergency contact is aware
before you inform us.
We will need:
- Their full name
- Their relationship to you
- At least 1 (preferably 2) phone numbers for your emergency contact
Please bear in mind
the phone numbers should be ones we can use in an emergency to contact your emergency contact.
