I'm an applicant and I am on the Update Service. What do I need to do?

Receive an email to complete your DBS form

  • Please check your junk and spam folders.
  • If you have not received an email from us, 


Complete DBS Submission

You can complete your DBS form through your Join:Bank profile. Please ensure you click 'Yes' on the question 'Do you have an existing certificate you would like to use for this role?'


Our specialist team complete an update service check

If your certificate isn't at the relevant level or if the certificate numbers do not match, you may be asked follow the renewal process as if you are not on the Update Service. We will also need to investigate any new information.


Profile updated

If there are no entries on your certificate, you will receive a text message that you can now book shifts. If there are any entries on your certificate, we may need to investigate further.
