As a Direct Engagement Bank Member, you do not need to book holiday shifts. Instead your holiday is paid to you on a weekly basis as part of your pay.
- Your holiday pay will show on your payslips as 'WTD Pay'.
If you wish to take leave you will need to discuss this with your supervising manager at your Trust, and follow any internal processes within your Trust.
- You will not be paid additional holiday pay as you will already have been paid any accrued holiday payments as your weekly 'WTD Pay' payment.
