If you are experiencing issues uploading your documents to Trust ID, please ensure that you have:
- Checked your junk mail inbox to ensure your Trust ID link wasn’t sent there
- Deleted all older emails about Trust ID
- Clicked on the link in the most recent email
Unfortunately, you will not be able to access Trust ID if you use an expired link. This includes if another link has been sent.
