I've completed my training. How soon will this be updated?

Your profile will automatically update within 72 hours of you completing your online training. You will need to complete the full course content and then complete the assessment at the end of each module. The system will not update if you skip to the assessment without reviewing the course content.

Your practical training will be updated within 5 working days after we're notified of your successful completion.

There is no need to contact us to say you have completed your training.
