It is important that you let us know about any changes to your details as soon as possible. If your name has changed, we will need any of the following:
- Marriage or civil partnership certificate
- Divorce or civil partnership dissolution
- Birth certificate
- Deed poll certificate
- Gender reassignment certificate
If you are a Bank Member, please let us know of your name change by bringing in at least one of the documents listed above to your local team.
