My bank details have changed

It is important that you let us know about any changes to your details as soon as possible. Depending on which of your details have changed, there are different ways you can let us know.

Please download the Bank Account Details Change Form and send the completed form to 
sbs-s.bankdetailsnhsp@nhs.net with your name and payroll / ESR number in the subject line. This form must be sent from the email address on your profile.

You must submit any changes by 11:00am on Monday for any pay on Friday to go into the new account. Any changes submitted after 11.00 am on a Monday will be paid into the new account from the following Friday. (Please be aware that this will be affected by Bank Holidays, so will need to be submitted prior to the Bank Holiday)

For example, submitting your form at 10:30am on Monday 8 August, you'll be paid into your new account on Friday 12 August. But submitting your form at 11:30am on Monday 8 August means you'll be paid into your old account on Friday 12 August. Instead you will be paid into the new account from Friday 19 August onwards.
