When a ward, unit or area you've worked with authorises a shift, they are agreeing that the details of your shift are correct. As such, we can't authorise any timesheets on behalf of the Partner Trust or Client you worked with. Please contact the ward, unit or area of work for your shift and ask if they could authorise your shift.
If you have already tried contacting the relevant manager, please contact your local Client Services team and they may be able to contact them on your behalf.
