Before your appointment, you must have:
- Access to Microsoft Teams (you will need to download the app, if using a mobile device).
- A working camera and microphone on your device.
- The approved documents which have been submitted through TrustID.
- Access to a quiet area to complete your appointment.
- Please ensure you are ready to join the meeting on time.
At the meeting
- You will be asked to present and show the physical documents that you uploaded to TrustID.
Please ensure that your documents:
- Are the original documents (no photocopies, photos or scans) unless it is a share code document.
- Match the documents you uploaded.
- Match the details you entered on your application or what we currently hold for you.
If your documents are Incorrect and/or missing, your meeting may need to be rescheduled. This could delay the completion of your application/ may impact your ability to book and work shifts.
To reschedule the meeting
Please use the reschedule button on your appointment confirmation email, no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
