What do you ask when you ask for feedback on me?

When we request feedback from a Partner Trust or Client, we send a form to the person who authorised your shift asking four questions. To ensure we get accurate and honest responses, we often change the exact questions asked. These questions relate to:
  • Your clinical practice,
  • Your skills,
  • Your role-specific knowledge,
  • The standard of your documentation and,
  • Your interaction with the team and patients.
This is to ensure that we are able to share with you your successes and, if needed, support you with any areas of development. This can also be used to help with your revalidation if you are a Registered Nurse, for instance.

If the person who authorised your timesheet doesn't know you, they can forward the feedback form onto whoever was on duty for the relevant shift.
