Once you have ended your employment with our Partner Trust or Client, both your contract with our Partner Trust or Client and your NHSP bank contract will end.
If you want to keep working for the NHSP bank, you will need to reapply here.

- 'Please select the Staff Group you wish to work in' - choose your staff group as appropriate

- 'Are you in the process of leaving the role?'- Yes
