DBS Renewal Step 4.JPG 1) I have a Passport

- Your passport must be in your current name.
- If your passport is not in your current name, please provide a Marriage Certificate or Deed Poll showing your name change
- You can use an expired passport to prove your right to work but not for your DBS
 - If your Passport has expired, it can only be used if not of the corners have been cut-off

- We can accept your Birth or Adoption Certificate as long as you also provide proof of your National Insurance (NI) Number and a UK Photo Driving Licence
- You can prove your NI number with a payslip or Contract of Employment dated within the last 3 months
- If any of your documents are not in your current name, please provide a Marriage Certificate or Deed Poll showing your name change
