I'm a Bank (formerly Bank Only) applicant. How do I apply?

1) Go to Join:Bank


2) Create an Account

• You must create an account if you haven't already.
  • To create an account, click the 'Sign Up Now' button.
  • Enter your email address - you will be sent a verification code.
    • Use your personal email address where possible
    • Please check your email - including your junk and spam folders - for your verification code.
  • Enter your verification code and click 'Continue'.
  • Enter and confirm your password and well as entering your first and last name.

3) Login

• Log in using the email address and password you gave us previously.
• If you have forgotten your password, please click the 'Forgot your password?' link so you can set a new one.

4) Complete the form with your information

• Once you log in you'll be taken to the application form.
• Please read each question carefully and answer them honestly and to the best of your abilities.
  • Your answers will decide what route you take so any mistakes will delay your application.
• As a Bank worker please mark the first question as 'No'.

• You will be asked for which of our Partner Trusts or Clients you wish to work for. Please choose the Trust you are known to.
  • If you cannot find your nearest Partner Trust or Client, please see our article My nearest trust is not coming up on my online application
  • If you want to join more than one of our Partner Trusts or Clients, please choose your first preference from the 'Please select where you would most like to work' drop-down box.
    • Please choose your other preferences from the 'Are there any other Trusts, or opportunities that you would like to work at?' drop-down box.

• You may be asked to enter details of what uniform you need.
  • Specific roles - such as administrators, security guards and receptionists - do not qualify for an NHS Professionals uniform.
  • You can order 2 sets of uniform with your application
  • Your uniform will be sent to you once your application is completed.

• You'll be asked to confirm if working through NHS Professionals is a second job on your application form.
