I am a Bank Applicant. What happens when I apply?

Please note: Due to high volumes, we are prioritising applications based on the demand for specific roles within our Partner Trusts and Clients.


As a Bank applicant, you'll have the flexibility to work at any of our Partner Trusts or Clients.

You'll be supported through the journey by our Specialist Team who you can message through the 'Need More Help' contact form below using the category 'My Application'. We will regularly email you about your application so please check your email inbox and junk mail often.

Below is a step-by-step guide of how to go through the application process through to booking shifts.
 


Complete the application form

Provide CV

We are prioritising applications based on the demand for specific roles within our Partner Trusts and Clients and we will contact you if you are able to move to the next stage of an application. We notify all applicants directly once we have reviewed your CV.

 


Screening Call

This is to determine your eligibility and book your interview. This call usually lasts 30 minutes. 

 


Prepare documents that we need to see

 


Upload documents to Trust ID

 


Interview with our specialist team

You will need to provide Photo ID on this call.

 

Complete Compliance Tasks

The tasks you will need to complete are:
Booking Practical Mandatory Training

Provide References
Complete your DBS form
Provide documents to onsite team
Occupational Health Questionnaire
Online Mandatory Training
Partner Trust or Client Specific Mandatory Training

In some Partner Trusts or Clients, your Partner Trust of Client Specific Training may need to be completed before you can book shifts.

 


Receive an email and a call confirming you can book shifts

You will usually receive your uniform and ID badge within 5 to 10 working days from this point. For more information, please see our article How do I get my NHS Professionals uniform?

 

 


Book shifts

You will only be able to work shifts if you have received your ID Badge and Uniform. For more information, see our article What do I need to bring to a shift?
