How do I book a shift?

You can book shifts through My:Bank. When you first log-in, you will see all shifts available to you. You can only see shifts for your assignment codes.

If you would like to look for a shift by location or assignment code, you can use the ‘Filter Shifts’ button.

Once you have seen a shift you would like to work, select it and check the details. If you are still keen to book the shift, press the ‘Book Shift’ button to complete your booking. You can find out how to see shifts you have booked in our article How can I see the details of a shift I have booked?

Please only book shifts you know you want to work. If you cancel within 12 hours of the start of a shift, you will receive a Short Notice Cancellation. For more information, please see our article Why did I get a Short Notice Cancellation (SNC)?
