Once we've received your documents and checked they meet requirements, you'll be asked to book an identity verification appointment.

To book a meeting
- We will contact you to schedule a digital appointment, once your documents have been uploaded to TrustID and reviewed.
- If you are unable to complete a digital appointment, we will ask you to book an in-person appointment.

At the Meeting
- Please bring the documents which have been uploaded through TrustID and approved.
- Make sure your documents:
- Are an original document (no photocopies, photos or scans) unless it is a share code
- Match the documents you provided electronically
- Match the details you entered on your application form.
For digital appointments, please ensure you can access Microsoft Teams and that your device has a working camera and microphone. Please make sure you join on time and are in a quiet space where you can complete the appointment without interruptions.
If you do not bring the correct documents, your appointment may have to be re-scheduled. This could cause delays to your application.
