I'm a Bank or Referral applicant or a TUPE transfer. How can I book an in-person document check?

Once we've received your documents and checked they meet requirements, you'll be asked to book a document check appointment.


To book a meeting

  • Find the details of your local team here
  • Some teams have appointment booking calendars which you can access from this page.
  • If they don't have a booking calendar, please use the contact details listed
  • If your Partner Trust or Client isn't your nearest option, you can take your documents to a different Partner Trust or Client for verification. For more information, please see this article.


At the Meeting

 

  • Please bring the documents which have been submitted through Trust ID and approved. Make sure your documents:
    • Are a physical document (no photocopies, photos or scans) unless it is a Share Code
    • Match the documents you provided electronically
    • Match the details you entered on your application form.

If any of your documents are not correct or missing, we'll have to ask you to come back with any additional documents before we can complete your application.
