I'm a Bank or Referral applicant or a TUPE transfer. How can I book a document verification appointment?

Once we've received your documents and checked they meet requirements, you'll be asked to book an identity verification appointment.


To book a meeting

  • We will contact you to schedule a digital appointment, once your documents have been uploaded to TrustID and reviewed.
  • If you are unable to complete a digital appointment, we will ask you to book an in-person appointment.


At the Meeting

 

  • Please bring the documents which have been uploaded through TrustID and approved.
  • Make sure your documents:
    • Are an original document (no photocopies, photos or scans) unless it is a share code
    • Match the documents you provided electronically
    • Match the details you entered on your application form.

For digital appointments, please ensure you can access Microsoft Teams and that your device has a working camera and microphone. Please make sure you join on time and are in a quiet space where you can complete the appointment without interruptions.

If you do not bring the correct documents, your appointment may have to be re-scheduled. This could cause delays to your application.
