How do I upload documents to Trust ID?

You will receive an email from cloud@trustid.co.uk.

 

  • Check your email inbox and junk mail for the email and only click on the most recent email from Trust ID.
  • Click ‘Click here to get started’ or scan the QR code in the email and follow the instructions to upload your documents.
    • The QR code and link are unique to you. Only use the link in the most recent email.

Your link will expire in 30 days after sending. Please check the bottom of your email for an expiry date.

The email tells you what documents to upload.

  • Please make sure you have all your documents ready before you click 'Get Started'.


You'll be asked if you are a British or Irish national. Please answer this correctly as it will take you to the appropriate options for your Right to Work documentation.

If you need to upload other supporting documents such as proof of your National Insurance number or proof of address, click 'Yes' when you are asked 'Have you been asked to submit any other documents?'.

  • Follow the advice in your email to make sure the documents you upload are the right ones
  • Make sure all 4 corners of each document are visible
  • Don't upload the same document more than once
  • Make sure any proof of address documents match the address you gave on the application form
  • If you make a mistake or need to start over you can click 'Restart' in the top right of the screen.

Take a selfie. ​​​​​​

  • We will use the selfie you give us for an ID badge so please make sure it's suitable.
    • Please ensure your photo is taken in a passport-style
  • Please read the tips given before clicking 'Take a Selfie'.
  • You will be given the chance to re-take if you need to.

Receive an email from fasttrack@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk with next steps

  • Check your email inbox and junk mail for this email.
  • If any of your documents are not acceptable, we will let you know how to resolve this in this email.
    • Please re-send any requested documents by replying to this email.
  • Once all your documents meet legal requirements, we'll ask you to book a face-to-face document check.

Book a Document Check

Once we've received your documents and checked they meet requirements, you'll be asked to book a document check appointment. You'll need to bring your original documents to one of our local Client Services offices.
