I'm a Trust User. How can I request a Personalised Pay Rate (PPR) for one of my workers?

Personalised Pay Rates are only meant to be arranged on an occasional basis and can be set-up for a maximum of 1 year. If you need to change the pay of multiple people, please contact your local Client Services team. They will investigate if changing the pay rate for an assignment code, for instance, might be a better option for you and your team.

If you believe a Personalised Pay Rate is needed, you will need to get the relevant authoriser in your Partner Trust or Client to approve this. This is usually your Temporary Staffing Manager or NHSP Client Lead but this may differ in your Partner Trust or Client. We recommend getting this authorisation in an email to save time later in the process. If you are unsure who this is, please contact your local team for more details.

Once you have authorisation, please ask your local Client Services team for a PPR form and an Indemnity Form. You will need to complete these in full, attach the email authorisation you received from the Client Lead and return them to your local Client Services team. You can find the details of all our Client Services teams here.
