You can work as soon as NHSP goes live within our Partner Trust or Client as part of the Transitional Arrangement period.
During the Transitional Arrangement period you must complete any compliance repair tasks. Compliance repair tasks are the tasks we will need you to complete to ensure you are 100% compliant post-transfer. You will be notified by email of any and all tasks you need to complete so please regularly check your junk and spam inboxes.
These tasks can include:
- Right to Work document checks,
- DBS checks,
- Occupational Health assessment,
- Online Training, and
- Practical Mandatory Training.
During this period, our Partner Trust or Client takes liability for you and your compliance. However, if you have not completed your compliance repair tasks by the end of this period, you will be stopped from working with us. This is a legal requirement that we cannot extend.
Once you have completed all your compliance repair tasks, you will be able to book shifts past the end of the Transitional Arrangement period.
Please note: We are moving to a new online training platform. Any online training modules you need to complete will be available when our new platform launches. Please complete all other compliance tasks in the meantime. We’ll email you once your online training is ready.
