I've recently updated my Visa. How do I let you know?

To update your visa details, we must confirm your identity.

If you have a visa granted by the Home Office you can send your share code to us

  • You can get your Share Code from the gov.uk website
  • Send us your code using the 'Need More Help' Contact Form below.
    • Please login to see all available options on our Contact Form. Choosing the most appropriate option for you ensures your query goes to the correct team.
    • For more information, see our article How do I login to my NHSP:Online account?
  • Depending on your visa we may also need:
    • A Certificate of Sponsorship (for Skilled Workers, Tier 2 visas or a Tier 2 Application in Progress)
    • A University enrolment letter and timetable (for Tier 4 student visas)

If your situation has changed and you have a new document (for instance, a British Passport) we need to verify these documents.

  • Please bring the originals of your new documents to one of our local offices
  • You can find the locations and contact details for all our local offices here

If you have a new Application in Progress with the Home Office please send us proof

  • We can accept your submission details (such as an application reference and consent)
  • Send us your documents by replying to the email you received from us or use the 'Need More Help' Contact Form below
  • Use the categories 'My Compliance', 'Identity and Right to Work', and 'Documents'

Once you have sent in your documents, our specialist team will usually update your profile within 5 working days. We can only update your visa records on our system once we've seen your documents or share code.
