Updating your Address in ESR

1. Log into the ESR portal (https://my.esr.nhs.uk/) – click here for help with logging in.
2. Click the ‘burger’ menu at the top of the page outlined in red below.
3. Click My Personal Information
   
   
4. In the Addresses section, click Update.
5. Select whether you are correcting or updating your address and click Next.
    
   
6. Enter your postcode into the 'Find Address' box and then click the magnifying glass icon. Note – you will need to type a minimum of 5 characters.
   
   

7. Click on the correct address and then click Select at the top of the page.

8. On the next page you will be asked to review the information you have entered and then click Submit.
   

Important Note: Please allow 48 hours for any changes to your personal details to reflect in My:Bank.
