What does AWR qualified mean on my Holiday calculations?

AWR stands for Agency Worker Regulations, this is where an individual has worked at the same Partner Trust or Client for more than 12 working weeks under the same assignment code. Having an AWR qualified status can lead to you receiving holiday hours at a higher rate.

  • If you have not worked for more than 12 working weeks, this will show as a 'No' under the 'AWR qualified' column.
  • If you have worked for more than 12 working weeks, this will show as 'Yes' under the 'AWR qualified' column.

If you want to know why your AWR status has changed, please see our article Why has my AWR status changed from Yes to No?
