Please note: payslips are also available to view and download via My:Bank and the MySBSPay app.

My:Bank

All your payslips are electronic and can be found on My:Bank. They will appear whenever you are paid – usually by Friday.

For example, if I was due to be paid on Friday 6 August 2021, I would receive my payslip on this date. However, if I had no shifts to be paid for this date, I would not receive a payslip for this date as we do not issue payslips with £0 pay.

Once you have clicked on 'My Payslips' from the drop-down menu, you can use ‘Find Payslips’ to show you a list of the payslips you have.

  2. Download the app
  3. Enter the email address on your NHS Professionals profile and your Employee/Assignment Number. You can find your Assignment Number in the top left of your NHS Professionals payslip.
