We provide a bank of highly skilled temporary workers who are looking for a long-term placement, or who want to work flexibly within the NHS.
If a hospital or a community team need support, due to sickness, common staff shortages, and general vacancies they call upon our bank members to fill available shifts. These shifts can be filled via a long term placement or adhoc basis.
As such, we have many pathways that you could take to work with us. Please follow the options below to find the right application path for you.
To be known to one of our Partner Trusts of Clients you:
- Have worked with them within the last 6 months
- Are known in a professional capacity to a Senior Manager within the last 6 months
I'm not known to one of your Partner Trusts and Clients
You will need to register an Expression of Interest.
- Your expression of interest is not for a specific job role. Instead, we match you to the role that is best suited to you.
- You will be contacted by a Recruitment Consultant to help complete your application if you are suitable.
