I'm a Referral applicant. How do I apply?


1) Go to Join:Bank


2) Create an Account

  • You must create an account if you haven't already.
    • To create an account, click the 'Sign Up Now' button.
    • Enter your email address - use your personal email address where possible
      • You will be sent a verification code. Please check your email - including your junk and spam folders - for your verification code.
    • Enter your verification code and click 'Continue'.
    • Enter and confirm your password and well as entering your first and last name.


3) Login

  • Log in using the email address and password you gave us previously.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please click the 'Forgot your password?' link so you can set a new one.



4) Complete the form with your information

  • Once you log in please click on 'New Application'
  • Please read each question carefully and answer them honestly and to the best of your abilities.
    • Your answers will decide what route you take so any mistakes will delay your application.
  • As a Referral worker please mark the first question as 'Yes' even if you don't currently have a permanent contract with our Partner Trust or Client
  • You may be asked to enter details of what uniform you need.
    • Non-clinical roles - such as administrators, security guards and receptionists - do not qualify for an NHS Professionals uniform.
    • You can order 2 sets of uniform with your application
    • Your uniform will be sent to you once you have received your Welcome Letter
