As a Referral applicant, you will already be known to one of our Partner Trusts or Clients in a professional capacity.
To be known to one of our Partner Trusts of Clients you:
- Have worked with them within the last 6 months
- Be known in a professional capacity to a Senior Manager within the last 6 months

1) Go to Join:Bank

2) Create an Account
- You must create an account if you haven't already.
- To create an account, click the 'Sign Up Now' button.
- Enter your email address - use your personal email address where possible
- You will be sent a verification code. Please check your email - including your junk and spam folders - for your verification code.
- Enter your verification code and click 'Continue'.
- Enter and confirm your password and well as entering your first and last name.

3) Login
- Log in using the email address and password you gave us previously.
- If you have forgotten your password, please click the 'Forgot your password?' link so you can set a new one.

4) Complete the form with your information
- Once you log in please click on 'New Application'
- Please read each question carefully and answer them honestly and to the best of your abilities.
- Your answers will decide what route you take so any mistakes will delay your application.
- As a Referral worker please mark the first question as 'Yes' even if you don't currently have a permanent contract with our Partner Trust or Client
- You will be asked for which of our Partner Trusts or Clients you wish to join. Please choose the Trust you are known to.
- You will be asked for a line manager who can vouch for your professional ability. Please speak to this line manager before applying to ensure:
- You may be asked to enter details of what uniform you need.
- Non-clinical roles - such as administrators, security guards and receptionists - do not qualify for an NHS Professionals uniform.
- You can order 2 sets of uniform with your application
- Your uniform will be sent to you once you have received your Welcome Letter
