You can track the status of your DBS application with the 'E-number' we will email to you, using the DBS Tracking Service. For more information, see our article Can I track my DBS application?
DBS check returned - Join the Update Service!
If there are no entries on your certificate, you will receive a text message once you can continue to book shifts. Once you receive your certificate, you can join the Update Service to save time at your annual renewal. For more information, see our article How will I know when my DBS renewal check is complete? or visit the Government's website.
