Immigration Status Share Code
Biometric Residency Permits (BRPs) or Biometric Residency Cards (BRCs) are being phased out by the Home Office and all holders of BRPs and BRCs with valid immigration permission should now have an online eVisa. For more information on eVisas, please see this video from the Home Office:
You can get your eVisa Share Code from the gov.uk website - You will need to choose the 'To prove my immigration status for anything else' option after supplying your personal details.
Please note that this is a separate Share Code to your Right to Work Share Code as the Disclosure and Barring Service need different information to what is provided on a Right to Work check.
- All Immigration Status Share Codes start with the letter 'S'. Please ensure you have given us the correct code before submitting.
- Your Share Code document must include a picture of yourself. If your picture isn't clear, please update it on the gov.uk website.
- If you are joining NHS Professionals, please upload the details of your code to Trust ID and bring it with you to your document appointment
