If you have gone to the wrong course, you still need to go to the correct course. You can book the correct course through our booking portal. For the best experience we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer.
Click on 'Sign In' in top right of the screen then login to the booking portal using your JoinBank login details - the same log-in details you used when applying to join NHS Professionals.
- If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Your Password’.
- You will receive an email to reset this. Remember to check your junk mail as well as your regular inbox.
If you have a mental health assignment code, you will need to book both the 'NHSP Mandatory Training – Resuscitation and Patient Moving and Handling (1 day)' and 'NHSP Mandatory Training – Mental Health – Conflict Resolution (1 day)' courses.
All other clinical assignment codes need to book the 'NHSP Mandatory Training – Resuscitation and Patient Moving and Handling (1 day)' course only.
If you have booked the wrong course but not yet attended, click on 'My Bookings'. From there you should be able to click on 'Cancel' next to the incorrect course and re-book into the right one.
