We do not require our Bank Members to complete any face-to-face Oliver McGowan training at this time.
- An email is sent to you 12 weeks before your practical training is due to expire.
- This will be sent if you have completed 36 shifts in the last 6 months.
- The email will be titled ‘Practical training booking - Statutory and Mandatory Training’.
- The courses you need to book into will be outlined in this email.
- Log into the Booking Portal.
- Use the title of the course within your email to copy and paste into the search.
- It is important that you book the session(s) that are listed within your personalised email.
- If you book on to a different session, this may make you:
- not compliant with your mandatory and statutory training
- spend more time completing training than needed.
- If there are no sessions open to book right now, please check again at a later date.
- All available sessions are shown within the booking portal with new sessions added to our systems on a weekly basis.
- As soon as a new session is available you will be able to see it on the booking portal.
