How do I log in to Learnspace?
Online mandatory training must be completed through Learnspace. Learnspace works best on a laptop or desktop computer. We recommend using either Internet Explorer or Chrome browsers.
When you first login you will need to set up your details. Please use the email address associated with your NHS Professionals account as your username. You will also need to set up a password by clicking on ‘Forgotten Password’.
If your email is incorrect, let us know using the 'Need More Help?' Contact Form below and include your:
- your full name,
- your date of birth,
- your postcode, and
- a description of your query highlighting the incorrect information
We aim to get back to you within 5 working days.
How do I access my modules?
Once logged in, you will see your dashboard. This is where you can find your courses and any relevant information. The main dashboard is in two parts.
- The top half provides an overview of the courses you are enrolled in, are overdue and have been completed. You can click the 'View Record of Learning' button to see more information.
- The second half of your Dashboard is where your courses are listed.
To open a course, click on its title. This will show the course information.
I have completed my training
- You must to complete the full course content and the assessment at the end of each module. Once completed, your course should look like this:
- The system will not update if you skip to the assessment without reviewing the course content.
- Once you have completed your training, it will take 72 hours for the system to update.
- Please note that if you are keen to book a shift as soon as possible, you will need to contact the NSC team to provide proof you have completed these and ensure all other compliance items (if required) have been sent to the correct department. The contact number for this team is 03332 407 552.
How can I access my course completion certificates?
- Once you have completed a course, you will be awarded a certificate.
- To view your certificates, click the 'My Certificates' button.
- You can download these from here if you need a physical record of your training.
