Your training will have different expiry dates. You will be contacted once an expiry date is close so you can refresh the course. You can also view training expiry dates on My:Bank through the envelope icon.
Online Training
- You can access your online training through our portal. For more information, see our article How do I access my Online Training?
- Each online training module has its own expiry date.
- Modules due to expire in the next 30 days will show on your ‘Outstanding Training’ tab with their expiry dates
- On the 'Training History' tab, you'll see each module completed with us and when you completed them (Please note any training completed on our old training platform LearnSpace will not show under 'Training History') . These are usually valid for one year from completion.
Classroom Training
- Both acute and mental health training events are valid for 1 year.
- Currently, we do not have any classroom events for Non-Clinical Bank Members - all training is via e-learning.
