If you have completed similar mandatory training in an NHS or University setting, we may be able to accept this evidence. We call this process 'passporting'.
To be able to accept your evidence it needs to have:
- A clear date
- Be aligned to the core skills for health training framework

Practical Training
To provide evidence for practical, face to face training please raise a case using the ‘Need More Help?’ Contact Form below.
- Your evidence must show that:
- You attended the training,
- When you attended the training, and
- That the training was delivered in person
- We recommend logging in to see all available options on our Contact Form.
- Choosing the most appropriate option for you will ensure your query always goes through the the correct team.
- Please attach your evidence using the ‘My Compliance’, ‘My Training’ and ‘Providing Certificates’ categories.

Online Training

See your modules
To see all of your modules, click on ‘My Training’ under the 'Menu' button on the blue bar at the top of the page.

The 'Outstanding Training' tab will show you all modules that need to be completed in the next 30 days. Modules may have a coloured box with an expiry date:
- An orange warning box means your training will soon expire.
- A red warning box means your training has expired.

Upload your training evidence
To provide your evidence, please click on 'I am compliant in this area' below the module you have already completed elsewhere.
Select ‘Training Certificates’ and then ‘Next’

To upload your documents, either drag and drop the file to the 'Or drop files' box or click on 'Upload Files' and select the file you wish to upload. Your evidence should be saved as a PDF, an image file or a screenshot.

Once uploaded the status of the module will show as ‘We are reviewing your learning evidence’. Our team will review this within 5 working days.
- If your training is accepted, your module will no longer show in ‘My Training’.
- You may not see passported training in your 'Training History' tab. If you need evidence of any completed modules not currently in the 'Training History' tab, please contact us using the 'Need More Help?' Contact Form below using the categories ‘My Compliance’ and ‘My Training’.
- If your training does not fit our criteria, we contact you to explain why and any next steps.
