I can't complete one of my online training modules

To see your training, you will need to login to our training portal. For more information, please see our article How do I access my Online Training?

 


I can't see any training when I log-in

Once logged in, you'll see any training due to be completed in the next 30 days under ‘My actions’ on the home page. If you can't see any training under 'My actions' this normally means you have no training due in the next 30 days.

If you can't see training but believe your training will be expiring in the next 30 days, you may have created a second account by accident or be logging in to your Trust Approver account. Your training is linked to the account with your primary email address - this is the email you receive emails from us to.

If you cannot work and believe this is due to your training, please contact us by using the 'Need More Help?' Contact Form below this and every article. We recommend logging in to see all available options on our Contact Form. Choosing the most appropriate option will ensure your query goes through the the correct team.

 


I can't launch an online training module
